2.3 Information from third parties

Google Sign-In: if you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email address and profile name

Google AdMob: advertising performance and impression data from the AdMob platform

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

Create and manage your USDT account

Provide, maintain, and improve the app and its features

Personalise your in-app experience and track your mining progress

Send you notifications about app activity, daily bonuses, and updates (with your consent)

Display advertisements to free-tier users through Google AdMob

4. Legal basis for processing (EU/EEA users — GDPR)

5. Advertising and Google AdMob

Free-tier users of USDT are shown advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service operated by Google LLC.

Google AdMob may collect and use your device's advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID / GAID) to serve personalised advertisements. If you are located in the EU/EEA, you will be shown a consent prompt before any personalised advertising data is collected. You may opt out of personalised ads at any time by:

• Going to your Android device Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

• Declining the consent prompt shown within the app (EU/EEA users only)

Pro and Elite subscribers do not see advertisements within the app.

6. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

6.1 Service providers

We share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the app:

Google Firebase — crash reporting and analytics

Google AdMob — advertising (free-tier users only)

These providers are contractually bound to use your data only as instructed by us and in accordance with this policy.

6.2 Legal requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of our users.

6.3 Business transfers

If USDT Mining is acquired by or merged with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

7. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the app. If you delete your account:

Your account data is deleted within 30 days of your deletion request

Aggregated and anonymised usage data may be retained for up to 24 months for analytics purposes

Backup data may take up to 90 days to be fully purged from all systems

We may retain certain data longer where required by law (e.g., financial transaction records)

8. Children's privacy

USDT is intended for users aged 18 years and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU/EEA).

All in-app balances, hashrate figures, mining rewards, and BTC amounts shown within the app are virtual values for entertainment purposes only. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be converted to real currency or cryptocurrency outside the app.
